A liquid type non-phosphate, highly alkaline detergent for cleaning of sugar juice evaporators with AntiCorrosion Compound. Synergistically compounded, Polykleen VAP 200-L contains a powerful surface active agent that provides all the important wetting action to effect fast and complete softening of tough calcium sulfate-oxalate scale complex normally deposited on evaporator tubes. The scale usually becomes muddy and is then readily floated away by hose rinsing or by light brushing operation.
